Connect with Your Legislators

  1. Don't know your legislator's email address? Click the "Find Your Legislators" button below to search for your legislators on The Ohio Legislature website.
  2. Search for your state representative and senator using your address or zip code. Select "Submit."
  3. Each legislator's picture will appear. 
  4. Follow the link to their pages.
    • At the top of the page, select "Contact" to generate a form to contact your state representative or state senator.

Did you know the ideal length for an email is between 50–20 words? Make each word count with a quick email to your state legislator sharing with them how you use INFOhio resources in your school library or classroom. Here are some sample email messages to help you develop your own message to your state legislators.

INFOhio, Ohio’s PreK-12 digital library, provides free access to digital educational content to all Ohio PreK-12 schools—public, nonpublic, community, career tech, and home schools—serving 1.7 million students, their families, and their teachers. INFOhio is a contributing partner to Libraries Connect Ohio which provides a core collection of information resources and library services that help all Ohioans compete in the global knowledge economy.
