INFOhio has purchased eBooks and videos from Infobase and Gale through funding from Future Forward Ohio to support the teaching of the Holocaust and genocide. These collections include more than 40 eBooks and videos. All eBooks and videos may be used by an unlimited number of students and educators in Ohio simultaneously, making it easy for educators to assign common texts.
Instructional materials about the Holocaust and genocide can be found by doing a keyword search for "holocaust" or "genocide" in Educator Tools. A keyword search for holocaust yields 49 eBooks and videos.
A keyword search for genocide yields 18 results. To share a list of titles with educators for use in the classroom, create a favorites list in Educator Tools. As you find eBooks or videos that you like, click the heart button in the bottom left corner. Then, click the favorites button next to the search bar to access your list of favorites.

Sarah Mowery is a Professional Instructional Specialist with INFOhio. She has worked in education for 16 years as a school librarian and technology coach in elementary and middle school settings. While in these roles, she's been an integral part of the building leadership teams working as a curriculum connector and integrating web-based tools. She earned a BA in Sociology from Bowling Green State University and an MLS with a specialization in PK-12 schools from East Carolina University. Sarah was one of the original INFOhio ICoaches when the program first began in 2013 and has a passion for sharing how INFOhio resources can transform teaching and impact learning for students and educators across the state of Ohio.
